Summary
The OVW State and Territory Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Coalitions Program (Coalitions Program) supports the critical work of state and territory domestic violence and sexual assault coalitions and is a set-aside program under the OVW STOP Violence Against Women Formula Grant Program statute.
