Summary
Staff Support to the Tribal Radioactive Materials Transportation Committee for Engagement with the U.S. Department of Energy on Radioactive Materials Transportation Planning. Facilitate engagement between DOE and federally-recognized Tribal governments throughout the United States in planning for future large-scale DOE transportation of commercial used nuclear fuel (UNF), high-level radioactive waste (HLW) and other radioactive wastes, as well as related DOE program issues that may impact Tribal areas.
